LOOP developed the concept, visual identity and the website for MaRisk.

MaRisk is a risk assessment solution, focusing on global maritime security threats. Building on an extensive network of maritime security experts, MaRisk is the leading service of its kind, worldwide. The company aims to reduce time spent on corporate information gathering on security issues and to optimise decision-making.

MaRisk provides daily-updated risk analysis and assessments for shipping and offshore companies across the world. The platform is arranged in layers of information, ranging from an overview map of current incidents to in-depth analysis. MaRisk tracks seven security threats: Terrorism, Piracy, Insurgency and Military operations, Cargo Theft and Diversion, Smuggling & Drugs, Stowaways and Human trafficking, and Fraud.

LOOP developed the concept, visual identity and the website. LOOP specified the web requirements and established an open bid procedure for the technical platform. After final selection, LOOP developed the website together with Konform, using their unique platform, Kontent CMS.

Later, LOOP and Konform established integration between Purplefinder and Google, providing visualisation of actual security threats through uniquely developed icons on specific locations on Google Maps.
