Musicon Setting the Scene for Experiments
LOOP developed the signage design with an anchor in Musicon's identity – large scale, twisted, untraditional in its expression and a creative and vigorous part of Roskilde. Signaling the first visible change from old concrete factory to experience economy.
Musicon is going to be an engine in developing Roskilde into a city with culture, cultural business, events and homes. The Musicon area is an old concrete factory. The area is 250.000 m2 – amounting to a total space of 40 football pitches.
The signage propagates knowledge about Musicon and its activities and navigates users and visitors around the area. Part of the signage system consists of mobile units updated regularly for shifting arrangements.
