TAKE-OFF_01Corner-contact geometry

This is one form. Width adds tracks and height adds marks. The marks share exact corners until Simplify dissolves individual marks.

Form size

Only complete marks are shown. Any mark crossing the form or artboard boundary is removed. Track spacing at 100% uses the source mark’s natural width.

Mark geometry

100% is the original TAKE-OFF_01 mark. Base width ranges from 25% to 100%. Width variation can reduce it further; the mark’s slant and length stay fixed.

Dissolve the form

Dissolve from

Simplify removes marks from the selected starting point. Falloff softens the advancing edge; areas ahead of it stay complete.

Selected mark

Click a mark on the artboard to edit it.

Seeded layout

Width variation reduces each mark from its chosen base thickness. It also works at 25% Mark width and can create thinner marks.
